Job Title: Beverage Manager

Position Overview:
The Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of beverage operations across all Eatopia restaurants in Bali. This role requires a creative and hands-on individual who will lead menu development, manage inventory, train staff, and ensure an exceptional beverage experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of beverage trends, a strong business acumen, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate innovative beverage menus, ensuring alignment with food pairings, seasonality, and guest preferences across all Eatopia locations.
- Manage the entire beverage inventory, including purchasing, cost control, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Negotiate pricing and establish strong, long-term relationships with beverage suppliers.
- Implement and enforce beverage service standards while ensuring staff are knowledgeable and skilled in presenting and serving the beverage menu.
- Train and develop beverage staff, including bartenders, servers, and sommeliers, focusing on product knowledge, mixology techniques, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bars, ensuring efficient workflow and a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize beverage sales and profitability.
- Track and analyze beverage sales and cost data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized beverage service area in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate closely with chefs and restaurant managers to create a cohesive and elevated food and beverage experience.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a beverage management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong expertise in beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
- Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Proven ability to create innovative and balanced cocktail menus.
- Experience in staff training and development, with a focus on mixology techniques and guest service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
