The Beverage Manager is responsible for curating and developing the beverage program across our restaurant group. This includes researching and developing new beverage concepts, ensuring alignment with current trends and brand guidelines, and driving monthly marketing activations to showcase our unique beverage offerings.

Festive Fields operates two distinctive venues in Jakarta: STALK and FYNE Jakarta. While we currently have two exciting outlets, we're on the way to expanding our presence with more locations in the near future.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and development (R&D) efforts for new beverage items, adapting menus to current trends.
- Ensure all beverages reflect the vision and brand guidelines of each restaurant.
- Plan and execute monthly marketing activations related to beverages, such as bar takeovers, bartending competitions, or special event collaborations.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers and chefs to ensure cohesive menu pairings.
- Monitor beverage costs and optimize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to source the best ingredients and products.
- Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent service and beverage preparation standards.
- Report on beverage program performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or similar role in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of beverage trends, mixology, and brand alignment.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing activations or events.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to work across teams.
- Knowledge of cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple outlets.
