Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer billing and invoicing accurately.
  • Process payments by cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.
  • Maintain daily records of transactions and provide accurate reports.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding prices, billing, and payments.
  • Assist in managing cash flow and end-of-day cash reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of all billing records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in cashiering or billing is an advantage but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and billing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Candidate must have skills and knowledge in cash handling, point of sale (POS) system, customer service, basic math and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
