Mutiara Harapan Islamic School is seeking an experienced and dedicated A-level Biology Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in biology at the A-level standard, preparing students for academic success and future endeavors in the field of science.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging A-level Biology lessons that adhere to curriculum standards and objectives.
Foster a deep understanding of A-level biology concepts among students through effective teaching methodologies and instructional strategies.
Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, inquiry, and scientific exploration.
Utilize assessment tools and techniques to monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support student learning.
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary connections and enhance the overall learning experience.
Stay updated on developments in the field of biology and educational best practices to continuously improve teaching practice.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field is required.
Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Certification in teaching A-level biology is preferred.
3-5 years of A-level biology teaching experience is required.
Experience with the Cambridge A-Level curriculum is preferred.
A deep understanding of A-level biology concepts is essential.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
