About the roleAs a Branch Manager, you will lead our branch to success by overseeing operations, managing staff, and ensuring outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, great customer-facing skill, and a focus on achieving business goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent service and achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and meet sales targets- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Build relationships with customers, vendors, and the community to enhance branch reputation.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within customer service, better yet in the education sector.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google workspace.
Customer-focused with a commitment to quality service.- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
