Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming big wave

What you will do:

  • Lead a sales team, including a Relationship Manager.
  • Prospect potential customers and referrals (IB) for MIFX.
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for the team.
  • Create business strategies and initiatives to meet targets for acquisition (seminars, education) and relationship management (table talks, reward promotions, etc.).
  • Conduct weekly and monthly team performance reviews.
  • Report customer complaints and business needs to relevant departments, including Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Achieve the contributed value targets defined for the branch.
  • Provide an excellent client experience.

What you will need:

  • Min. 5 years of working experience in Forex/Commodity Brokers, etc., preferably in large corporations.
  • Have consumers with a minimum business scale of 3,000 lot settled.
  • Networking with a variety of clients, IBs, and future employment candidates.
  • Experience leading a sales team min. 3 persons.
  • Must hold an active Broker Representative license.
