Job Description

Job requirements:

  • Maximum 40 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree on any major
  • Must have experienced as Branch Manager in FMCG, Minimum 3 years in GT, MT and/ or food service industry
  • Excellent organizational skills, leadership and human resources management skills
  • Target and result driven
  • Placement in Balikpapan or Semarang

Job description:

  • Oversee and manage all business aspects in branch
  • Meet and exceed company's target and goals
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, strategic and business plan
  • Review and identify new market opportunities
  • Liaise with other departments in Head Office especially for sales and strategic plan
