Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Sinarmas Sekuritas in Medan Area, Indonesia. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage a team of employees, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis, Investment management, and Securities trading skills.
• Relevant certifications (WPPE) is a must.
• Fluency in Hokkien is required for this position.
• Living in Medan.
• Leadership, Team management, and Decision-making abilities.
• Customer relationship management and Sales skills.
• Risk assessment and Regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
