Job Overview / Summary:You will be responsible for Butterworth and Taiping branch related the Accoount & Sales Administrative matter. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of sales operations, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. You will work closely with the sales team and provide assistance with tasks such as order processing, data entry, inventory management, and customer service.
- Job Description - Administrative:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant data in the company's sales database.
Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate parties as needed.
Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales performance, and provide reports and analysis to the sales team and management.
Generate and distribute sales reports to the sales team and management.- Assist in the preparation of sales budgets and forecasts.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining files and records.
- Organize and maintain sales records and files
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
- Job Description - Account:
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and receipts, reconciling statements, and following up on overdue payments.
Prepare and submit tax and regulatory filings, including GST, SST, and corporate tax returns.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funding for operations.- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other reports for senior management.
Participate in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors and other third-party service providers as needed.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties in accounting activities.
Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial record.- Assist with preparation of the audit process.
