Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Supervisor at Biznet located in Cikokol - Tangerang. As a Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the branch, including supervising staff, monitoring customer service, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the digital infrastructure industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
