The Brand Activation and Community Manager will drive awareness and engagement of our personal care and cosmetic products through marketing campaigns and community engagement. This role involves planning events and working with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Job description:
- Plan and execute promotional events and product launches.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Work with sales and product teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
- Organize community events, both online and offline
- Monitor key performance metrics for brand activities and community engagement.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with the PR team for consistent messaging.
- Work with customer service to address community issues.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years in brand activation or community management in the personal care or cosmetic industry.
- Proficient in social media and community management tools.Creative and able to generate new ideas.
- Good analytical skills for measuring campaign effectiveness.
