Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for brand awareness campaigns and always on brand-building initiatives.
• Play a pivotal role in translating our brand's essence and values into engaging and memorable experiences for our target audience.
• Planning, executing, and evaluating brand activation campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, communication, or any related major.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Hustler, ambitious, structured, creative, self-starter, and sales-striven person.
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in offline marketing.
• A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
