Planning and implementing brand activation strategies every month through offline and online campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Coordinate experiential marketing events and activations to connect with target audiences.
Evaluate the potential effectiveness of each selected event beforehand, with in-depth analysis of relevance and its impact on brand image.
Compile comprehensive event preparations, including arranging staff coverage, preparing products for display/sale, booth layout, payment procedures at the event, restocking processes, etc.
Collaborate with event planners to develop detailed online event execution plans and support the creation and curation of high-quality content (presentations, videos, demos) for online delivery.
Cultivate and manage partnerships with relevant organizations/ community, influencers, and event organizers.
Continuously monitor the progress of events and take full responsibility for the smooth running and success of each event.
Analyze market data and consumer insights to refine offline and online activation strategies and tactics
Compile detailed reports and evaluations of each event, with the aim of gaining valuable insights for improvements and future development activities.
Compiling in-depth monthly reports on the activities and outcomes of offline and online activations conducted.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand activation, event management, brand activation or related fields.
Experience in creating and executing brand activation campaigns, including events, promotions, and experiential marketing.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
Willing to work outside of office hours (if needed)
