Position Overview:
The Brand Country Head will oversee the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the brand in Indonesia. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in retail F&B, a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, and a proven track record in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the brand's country-specific strategy, aligned with global or regional objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive brand growth.
- Build partnerships and strategic alliances to expand the brand's presence in Indonesia.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key operational metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
Business Development
- Lead market expansion efforts, including site selection, new store openings, and franchise partnerships (if applicable).
- Collaborate with the real estate team to identify high-potential locations.
Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing, product offerings, and customer service.
- Drive marketing initiatives tailored to the Indonesian consumer.
Team Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Foster a strong company culture and employee engagement.
Financial Accountability
- Manage P&L for the brand in Indonesia, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail or F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of leading a retail F&B brand in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer market and retail/F&B trends.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Expertise in business strategy, operational management, and financial planning.
- Ability to drive change, innovation, and growth in a competitive market.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
- Strong network within the retail and F&B industry.
