Assist marketing manager to create an end-to-end marketing campaign, including campaign planning, creative execution and post-campaign analysis.
Lead marketing activation activities and ensure our brand message is solid and consistent across all channels
Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the campaign development process and ensure the internal coordination and communication is seamless.
Work closely with the product department, understand the consumer concerns & preferences, and make sure the brand has the right communication strategy for every product so that it can resonate & relevant with the target audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in any relevant major
At least have 2 years work experience in brand or marketing activation role
Having an experience in Brand Building/Brand Development in FMCG or personal care industry is a must
