Manage Merchandising, Store operations, Visual Merchandising and Wholesale/B2B teams to deliver profitable growth.
Direct marketing team to develop and deliver aligned marketing plans for all areas of business. Partner with principle to ensure harmonized joint business plans across teams.
Identify the business development by looking the opportunity of new stores that suits with brand standard in order to ensure the business growth Identifying business opportunity brand in order to create business growth.
Oversee and guide the implementation of brand strategy in order to ensure the achievement of the sales target and profitability
Plan, budget, manage Brands resources including implementation of programs and policies and development of the people in order to ensure productivity and engagement of the team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree holder from a reputable University
Minimum 10 year experience in any of the following areas: Brand Management, Sales, B2B, Wholesale, marketing, and merchandising. With at least 5 years at managerial position
Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, comfortable working with different levels of people
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite with great analytical skills
Familiar with principles of P&L's and ability to understand and shape the impact of marcom initiatives on the P&L
Should have worked with global principals before. Alternatively local brand experience is fine as long as the candidate has worked in a an organization where the local brand was owned rather than franchised.
