Brand Manager Innovation

Requirements :

• Has 4-5 years working in in related field
• Experienced in product development Fragrance category, familiarity in latest and marketing trends of its category will be an advantage
• Experience in product development is preferred
• Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fast, Agile, Creativity & Initiative Driving is a must

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Data & Insight Team to identify & manifest consumers insight into initiatives
• Develop competitive brand/product positioning (4Ps) of assigned project/brand
• Future-proof innovations for the brands/business units managed within the group
