Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aimed at driving sales growth and market share.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to oversee the product pipeline, including launching new products and improving existing offerings.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create and execute strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Set KPIs and monitor sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication approach across various channels (digital, traditional media, etc.) to increase brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the creative team to create compelling and informative content that aligns with the brand's values and customer needs.
  • Map and enhance the customer journey to ensure consistent and positive brand experiences from initial contact to post-purchase.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging and visuals to strengthen the brand's identity.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders to expand brand reach.
  • Manage day-to-day brand operations, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and distribution channels.
  • Oversee the brand's budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor the brand team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
  • Regularly communicate with senior management, updating them on brand performance and growth initiatives.
  • Address and resolve any brand-related issues or challenges swiftly to minimize negative impact.
  • Ensure that all brand activities adhere to industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
