Job Description
- Develop overall marketing programs for assigned product category line in order to contribute to the achievement of sales target
- Build product category strategy and effective plan to achieve business, and growing brand equity in the meantime
- Conduct product category analysis to align emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes
- Set tactical marketing plans, product development projects with clear KPI for assigned product category
- Lead category development projects and work with internal stakeholders to ensure the smoothly product category supply
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in handling product category/multi-brand marketing preferable from FMCG or Cigarette Industry
- Understands product category cycle management, life-cycle improvement and marketing innovations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to negotiate, persuade and influence related 3rd parties
- Active FOOM user
