Your main duties in flying with us:
- Managing and developing strategies marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platform to ensure that product and service meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Supervising advertisement and other forms of marketing activity to maintain consistency in branding
- Managing budget as well as brand team member
- Ensuring growth of install and traffic especially in direct and organic users
- Carrying out market research in order to keep up date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
- Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
- Min 4+ years experience in Marketing/Brand/Marketing Communication/Product Marketing
- Have experience to handle transportation related products (Flight, Train, etc)
- Bachelor Degree of Communication/Business
- Experience with and an understanding of market research
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers wishes
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Team working skills
- The ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Written and verbal communication skills both bahasa and english
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
