We're seeking a dynamic and driven Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our mission of nurturing lifelong learners across Indonesia. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, executing, and monitoring overall brand communications in various channels and serves multiple stakeholders. Not only so but he/she should also work closely with the Head of Digital & Marketing to come up with creative ideas for marketing activations and campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for building WSE to be the preferred choice for adult English learning in Indonesia.
  • Effectively strategize and execute long-term marketing plans and short-term activities to support business outcomes in member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Lead and conduct the overall implementation of offline and online marketing activation programs including overseeing, supervising, reviewing, evaluating, and improving the work at the marketing-operational level with a seamless flow.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all the campaigns which involve but are not limited to design, creative-brief writing, media and demand planning, and go-to-market strategy with careful monitoring of effectiveness.
  • Ensure smooth effective collaboration across cross-functional teams such as the sales, service, business development, and other functions.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors to drive successful campaign execution and brand activations.
  • Oversee the company's branding initiatives, including employer branding, to enhance the overall brand image.
  • Manage media relations and public relations (PR) efforts to strengthen long-term brand visibility.
  • Act as project manager, coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Consistent and strategic omni channel communication.

Your Profile

Technical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a marketing role, either in-house or in an agency of PR, advertising, marketing communications, brand management, media planning, and other relevant roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, constantly changing & evolving work environment.
  • Be a great team player, willing to learn, and enjoy working in a fast-paced education technology company.
  • Have a can-do attitude.
  • Translate strategy into execution plans and action.
  • Get your hands dirty to support your team, despite the leadership role.

Nice to Have:

  • Having overseas education or work experiences in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Familiarity with video marketing and multimedia content creation.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in paid media advertising (PPC, social ads, etc.).
