Job Description

Summary of the Role:

The Offline Activation Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all offline brand activations. This role includes developing creative ideas, managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful on-site operations. The specialist will also identify opportunities to expand offline distribution channels, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

1) Idea Creation:

  • Generate creative and innovative ideas for offline activations.
  • Develop concepts and proposals for new offline events and initiatives.

2) Budgeting and Planning:

  • Develop and manage budgets for offline activations.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for offline events (e.g., bazaars, pop-up stores, launch events, community events).

3) Execution:

  • Oversee the setup and execution of offline events, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage on-site operations during events, including staffing, customer interactions, and troubleshooting.

4) Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor the performance of offline activations and gather feedback.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future offline strategies.
  • Provide detailed reports on the success and areas for improvement of each event.

5) Expansion and Distribution:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand offline distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to integrate new offline distribution partners.

6) Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align offline activations with overall brand strategy.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
