Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Brand Specialist. The Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, communication, branding, sales, and brand management. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to enhance brand recognition.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Working experience from online business in B2C marketplace management, merchandising, brand management and product information management.
• Fashion Brand Strategy and Brand Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in creating and managing branding campaigns
• Sales skills and ability to negotiate
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is preferred
