Job Responsibilities:- Providing leadership and management of the brand & marketing team.
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, etc.- Promote company product and services by creating an opportunities from customers need and companys product and services
Designing, planning, and executing effective marketing strategy in line with the plan & determining and implementing metrics to measure marketing plan effectiveness
- Managing the press releases material & information and other media communications to promote Mapan Group
Coordinates all internal marketing as well as promotional efforts including merchandising, public relations, design, etc- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure the digital campaign is aligned with the overall marketing campaign.
Responsible for planning and execution of the brand strategy, guidelines, promotional activities, and marketing campaign, to establish and maintain product branding.
- Maintain brand integrity, compliance and to raise company brand awareness
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice regarding future brand activities and planning- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing brand development information.
Proactively understanding customer needs and pursuing new brand awareness and marketing opportunities.
Minimum S1 (bachelor degree) in any major
- At least 5 years experience in marketing manager or head of marketing and branding
Preferably having experience in food & beverage industry / hospitality- Independent, Proactive, highly energized, reliable, be responsible and have a high degree of personal integrity
Experience worked with influencers, sosial, Digital Media marketing or etc for marketing purposes.
- Experience handled marketing for multibrand.
Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.- Must be able to communicate in English
Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels.
Have the ability to develop and execute a marketing strategy trough interaction with operational team
