About the Role
Responsible for managing all building operational processes, functions and suitability of all building facilities in accordance with applicable regulations so as to ensure the comfort of tenants/consumers.
Responsibility :
- Control the arrangement of building facilities, security and cleanliness of the building area for which he is responsible so as to increase tenant/consumer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all operational buildings in the area of responsibility are in optimal condition and in accordance with HSE (Healthy, Safety and Environment) standards so as to support the smooth running of operational activities and increase the comfort of tenants/consumers.
- Monitor event preparation & implementation for layout and displays in the mall so that it runs smoothly according to planning.
- Carry out Continuous Improvement to increase the effectiveness of operational costs and team performance in achieving tenant/consumer satisfaction levels.
- Organize and coordinate the division of team work (Maintenance/Housekeeping/Parking/Security) to ensure improved performance in providing services to tenants.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree, Civil Engineering, Management, etc.
- Minimum 2 years working as an Operation or Tenant Relation in a Mall/Property.
- Skill & Knowledge : Integrated Building Management System, Project Management, Vendor Management, Budget Management, Cost Benefit Analysis, Utility Management, Energy & Sustainability.
- Placement : Pasar 8 Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
