Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance:
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities for the building, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
2.Safety and Security:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of safety and security protocols.
- Assist in emergency response planning and procedures.
- Participate in fire drills and safety inspections.
3.Others:
- Collaborate on sustainability projects, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field). Candidates graduating from technical high school (SMK Teknik) will be prioritized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
- Able to work from the office from Mon-Fri.
