We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst specializing in Epicor ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP development and a keen understanding of business processes. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions within the Epicor ERP framework to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Epicor ERP solutions.
• Develop and implement business process improvements and system enhancements within the Epicor ERP system.
• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into effective Epicor ERP solutions.
• Provide end-user support and training on Epicor ERP functionalities and new implementations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Assist in the testing and validation of Epicor ERP solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Epicor ERP development.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and integration points.
• Experience in creating custom Business Activity Queries (BAQ), Business Process Management (BPM), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in C# programming is a plus.
