Role Purpose:
The Business Analyst is responsible for managing products related to Apparel, Footwear, Speciality Trims, and Consumer items. The role includes supporting marketing strategies, managing data, customer satisfaction processes, and overseeing the Portal & G360/SFDC systems. The candidate will ensure product development success and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product brochures, catalogs, and marketing tools.
- Control product prices and oversee marketing team support activities.
- Maintain and update customer and product data.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
- Oversee Portal and G360/SFDC systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead product development activities and customer satisfaction measurements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including time as a Business Development Supervisor and Product Manager.
- Previous roles in sales, marketing, or product management in manufacturing, preferably in the textiles or apparel industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP/BW/EA programs (Power User).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong leadership, database management, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and customer satisfaction processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced presentation skills and Microsoft Excel, preferably in Power BI.
- Graphic design knowledge (Corel, Adobe Photoshop).
