The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience handling projects in FSI Industries (Banking, Insurance, Multifinance)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in working with stakeholders and business partners
- Good understanding of systems development and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and testing
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and self-motivated to independently set priorities and manage multiple tasks
