We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst - Odoo ERP Specialist,
to lead the development and implementation of our internal Odoo ERP system. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our ERP system aligns perfectly with our company's processes and goals. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify and document business requirements for process automation.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
Odoo ERP Implementation
- Design and document detailed functional and technical specifications for Odoo solutions.
- Lead the implementation of Odoo modules, ensuring they meet the company's specific needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new Odoo functionalities.
Project Management
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to successful implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Process Design and Optimization
- Design efficient workflows and processes within the Odoo ERP system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.
Technical Liaison
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaborate with Odoo developers to execute specific business requirements.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure successful ERP implementation.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP functionalities and modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Odoo certification or extensive experience with Odoo implementation projects.
- Experience in multiple Odoo modules such as CRM, MRP, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Project Management.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.
- Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
