The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Analytical thinking related to systems, creating appropriate documentation regarding system changes and developments
- Carry out the completion of ongoing projects in the IT Department according to priorities and deadlines.
- Coordinate with business owners to discuss detail requirements with all relevant departments
- Perform on-going project analysis, create test plans and test cases, and communicate them together between IT and user stakeholders
- Coordination with internal teams (eg developers, Infrastructure) to identify system requirements
- Conduct tests according to scenarios that have been made jointly between IT stakeholders and Users
- Identify, record, and document running processes and test results, including tracking if there are bugs in the system
- Make a report regarding the defects found, make a summary of how many defects occurred during the Project
- Monitor IT services (incidents, SR, and CR) on the system and follow up on solving IT service problems
Qualifications
- Diploma & Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Certification in Structured Architecture, Networking and Security would be beneficial e.g. TOGAF, Cobit, CCNA, CISSM.
- 3 - 5 years of work experience with leadership experience in consulting including business/IT solution design/solution architecture.
- Able to identify automation potential
- Understand the processes in insurance industry
