Strong understanding of consumer goods industry processes, particularly in Supply Chain (Inventory Management), Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and R&D.
Familiarity with ERP functional concepts, especially SAP.
Proficient in English communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritize user requests and demands.
Ensure each request is valid and provides business value, documented in a business case.
Develop detailed business requirement documents.
Collaborate with the technology team to find effective solutions.
Present proposed solutions and updates back to the requester for alignment and feedback.
