We are seeking an innovative and experienced Business and Programme Manager who's excited to lead the charge in expanding our footprint. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage all ongoing and upcoming company projects/programmes with our clients and stakeholders.
- Handle transactions within the RR network, ensuring smooth operations and adapting to market trends.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with RR's present client base.
- Actively seek and help to close business leads within your area of operation.
- Provide feedback to improve the RR platform, ensuring it meets local market needs.
- Collaborate with top management on strategies for long-term growth in Indonesia as well as global operations.
- Train and onboard textile and garment manufacturers on effective waste management and use the RR platform.
- Train and support RR's work with waste handlers and recyclers.
- Development of the waste ecosystem in Indonesia.
- Cost-conscious management of RR's regular operational activities in Indonesia.
We're looking for someone with:
- University degree, preferably in Textile Engineering, Sales, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the apparel sector, preferably with a brand liaison office in a supply chain management role.
- Successful experience in sales, negotiations, and production experience in the related field.
- Exposure to managing sustainability projects in the Indonesian apparel sector is highly desirable.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills.
- Solid computer skills. Any experience with ERPs and B2B online platforms is preferable.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country to engage with potential clients.
