Job Description

Requirements:

  • Having 2 years experiences as HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering / Psychology /Law or other related major from reputable University
  • Knowledge & understanding about Compensation & Benefit, Personnel Management, People Development, Industrial Relation, and its implementation.
  • Knowledge using IFS, SAP, Oracle or any ERP is an advantage.
  • Experience in public accountant (KAP) industry is also an advantage.
  • Having passion to work as consultant with dynamic environment.
  • Strong in analytical skill and problem solving.
  • Fluent in English both oral spoken and written.
  • Excellent in documentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work individual or in team.
  • Willing to learn and travel frequently.

Job descriptions and responsibilities

  • Analyse customer's requirements to be mapped to HCM System.
  • Execute project activities based on project plan within agreed time frame, deliverables and budget.
  • Develop system documentation ex: functional specification, user guide, training material.
  • Provide training to the customer core team member.
