Requirements:
- Having 2 years experiences as HR Generalist.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering / Psychology /Law or other related major from reputable University
- Knowledge & understanding about Compensation & Benefit, Personnel Management, People Development, Industrial Relation, and its implementation.
- Knowledge using IFS, SAP, Oracle or any ERP is an advantage.
- Experience in public accountant (KAP) industry is also an advantage.
- Having passion to work as consultant with dynamic environment.
- Strong in analytical skill and problem solving.
- Fluent in English both oral spoken and written.
- Excellent in documentation and communication skills.
- Able to work individual or in team.
- Willing to learn and travel frequently.
Job descriptions and responsibilities
- Analyse customer's requirements to be mapped to HCM System.
- Execute project activities based on project plan within agreed time frame, deliverables and budget.
- Develop system documentation ex: functional specification, user guide, training material.
- Provide training to the customer core team member.
