Familiarity with relevant IT certifications can be a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).- Proficiency in industry standards or frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) is advantageous.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify business needs and develop effective IT solutions.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Consultant, preferably from a Global IT and Management Consulting firm.- Experience in client-facing roles with a proven track record of achieving specific business outcomes.
Exposure to various industries and project types, such as digital transformation or business process reengineering or IT Strategic Planning, preferably in Financial Services Industry (banking, insurance, financing company)
