The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Do account for overall coverage, which means capable of identifying all key persons, whether it is the decision-maker or influencer di-cover necessary to facilitate the completion of a task
- Provide solutions and products exactly corresponding to client needs.
- Develop concept proposals, good for a bargain price, technical solutions, and use all available resources in the company.
- Represents privately in identifying problems, conducting a presentation, and negotiating with clients in authority.
- The authority to the maximum appropriate extent to handle a complaint from clients.
- Do competitor and industry analysis.
- Make sure any business agreement with clients has a complete partnership agreement and a legal document: An agreement or a letter of authorization or LOA.
- Keeping a record of all sales and activities including sales-call prospects, sales, presentations, closing projects, follow-up, and action
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- At least 1+ Years of working experience in the sales field is required for this position.
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Required Skill(s): Account Management (Managing existing clients) and experience in the acquisition of New Clients. (composition 30 - 70)
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales
- Have good Bahasa (Oral and written) and English (minimum passive)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Having experience in the IT Industry for Managed Services and Messaging Solutions
- CRM experience is preferred
- Placement: South Jakarta (Hybrid)
