Role Description

This is a full-time Business Development Affiliate role located in Jakarta. As a Business Development Affiliate, your day-to-day tasks will involve generating leads, establishing relationships with potential clients, promoting our services, and contributing to the growth of our clients businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, customer relationship management, or sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce industry trends
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

+ Relevant experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
