Job Description

Masuk ke Indonesia pada tahun 1993, Air Liquide Indonesia (ALINDO) dan 170 karyawannya telah melayani lebih dari 1000 pelanggan di berbagai industri. Kami mengoperasikan fasilitas produksi gas dan jaringan pipa terbesar untuk Oksigen, Nitrogen, Argon, dan Hidrogen. Infrastruktur tersebut melayani industri baja, petrokimia, dan manufaktur di Jawa Barat - Cilegon-Anyer- Merak, Cibitung, Bojonegara - dan Lampung, Sumatera.

We are looking for a committed candidate to join the team and support the Commercial in achieving sales target in yearly basis.

  • Understand market potential and contribute to strategic plan

    Analyze market positions, and manage competitors databases.

    Identify market trends, evaluating growth potential by conducting market survey & studies, SWOT analysis, defining long term objectives, establishing strategy and development plans.

  • Enforced development plan to generate business opportunities

    Execute the development plans, identify new business opportunities

    Close contacts with customers, industrial networks, government agencies, associations, etc.

    Develop marketing activities: promotional materials, exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, forums, etc.

  • Manage projects to win business

    Work with the Project and Engineering team and understand customer requirements.

    Facilitate the decision making process by preparing the necessary documents, commercial terms, project economics etc to validate and get offer approval.

    Deliver proposals to customers, lead or participate in technical clarifications as well as commercial negotiations activities with end results of reaching contractual agreements and signing of legal documents, etc.

    Provide support to project execution and operations teams when necessary to ensure business continuity after contract signature.

  • Work together with Account Manager to develop relationship with customers

    Partnerships and interactions with customers after the new business signed at key levels

    Find solutions to solve any outstanding issues and major disputes with customers and may take lead for negotiation to achieve a fair conclusion.

    Contribute to contract follow up, ensure the execution of agreed conditions such as TOP, Monthly Fee, and price escalation.

    Apakah Anda sesuai

    Degrees in Chemical Engineering or technical background are considerable.

    Possesses 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial process and application, especially in Petrochemical, Metals, Oil and Gas and Energy Transition scope would be an advantage.

    Strong people management skills.

    Analytical and strategic person.

    Resourcefulness, effective communication and customer relationship management.

    Possess initiative and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
