Role Description

  • Research and analyze relevant industry experts, competitors, target market, and keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and customer drivers, both online and offline.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plan and strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Generate and identify new leads, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the leads inline with strategies and leads.
  • Plan, Execute, and Optimize social media channels daily activities using newest technology, including AI that can trigger both Inside and Outside Sales.
  • Brain storm and execute the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content, and collaborate with the team to maintain social media calendar as well as posts and contents.
  • Identify and explore new business ideas.
  • Market facing role focused on driving deals.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities.
  • Establish and grow relationship with decision makers.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or other related field
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in Business Development
  • Preferred with minimum experience of 1 year selling software system
  • Proven performance driving B2B lead generation and growth in B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Collaborator, persuasive communication skills and can conduct presentation well
  • Have a good selling skill as required by market needs
  • High on curiosity, eager to learn and think critically
  • Focus with Goal, Self Discipline, and Self Motivated
