  • Target oriented

  • 2+ year experience and proven sales record in advertising/digital agency would be an advantage

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent in English (oral and written)

  • Discipline, well organised and good attitude is a must
  • Confident, proactive, quick learner, team player
  • Identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities for the agency's creative services
  • Prospecting qualify potential leads
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, and revenue projections
  • Develop tailored proposal and quote to prospective clients
  • Engage in negotiation processes and document preparations
