As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales activities to achieve revenue. Your role will involve engaging with professional clients and prospects through strategic visits, communications (including mailing), workshops, and other sales initiatives. You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to monitor sales performance and propose improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities to acquire and retain professional clients, meeting set revenue targets through strategic visits, phone calls, mailing campaigns, workshops, and other sales activities.
- Propose and maintain regular visitation schedules for professional clients and prospects, coordinating with the Technical Education team for current product information.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential professional clients.
- Monitor product sales among professional clients, providing regular reports to the Business Development Manager on target achievements and potential enhancements.
- Proactively identify professional clients needs for product demonstrations, product knowledge updates, and availability of our product range.
- Regularly update client data to stay informed of the latest market trends and client demands.
- Analyze market information to propose and follow up on programs aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction
- Respond promptly and accurately to service requests, feedback, suggestions, criticisms, and complaints in accordance with company procedures and authority.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the B2B beauty industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian to effectively present products and communicate with clients
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with beauty professionals and clients, fostering trust and loyalty
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales techniques, including negotiation skills, to meet and exceed sales targets effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and implementing strategies to drive business growth in the beauty sector
