Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our dynamic BD team. The BDE/Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and revenue of sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, prospect opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
- Lead generation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline development in HubSpot system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Field B2B Sales, or relevant role in SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to handle objections.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Have SIM A or C is a must.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a sales.
- Able to work in Bandung.
