Job Description

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Sales Executive to join our dynamic BD team. TheBDE/Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and revenue of sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Identify and qualify leads, prospect opportunities, and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and pipeline development in HubSpot system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in any industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to handle objections.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experienceas a sales.
