Position : Business Development Executive (ASM)
Location : Bali
Role Summary & Responsibility :
- Develop distributor's supervisory level personel in sales & marketing monthly, weekly, and daily operational planning
- Develop distributor's personel capability in sales & marketing operations to ensure strong sales steps of the call implementation in the field
- Identify & explore new opportunities in territory management, coverage management & sales operation
- Develop distributor's capability in data management and operation review
- Monitor and report on sales performance
Requirement :
- Min. Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Experience in sales area in FMCG, tobacco, lubricant in the same business/distributor Industry of around 3 years
- Experienced handle distributor and retail
- Understand and able to speak English.
- Good in operating Microsoft excel (data analysis) & sufficient power point abillity (to present findings)
- Have a good confident level to deal with various stakeholders to influence them (distributor's owner, distributor sales manager, distributor sales supervisor)
- Have a good ability to coach others
