Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within the education or consulting sector (minimum 2 years).
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in strategic planning and sales forecasting.
- Capable of working effectively on-site and in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for supporting business growth and achieving targets.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jakarta.
