Responsibilities

  • Business Opportunity Identification: Seek and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Strategy Development: Design strategies for business growth.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Introduce products and negotiate contracts.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze business performance and compile reports.
  • Market Research: Gather market data and consumer behavior insights.
  • Training and Development: Attend training to enhance skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments within the company.
  • Business Plan Implementation: Execute business plans and monitor progress.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess outcomes and make improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • English communication skills.
  • Effective Communication skills, verbally and in writing.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and negotiate deals with customers.
  • Captivating Presentation: Ability to deliver information clearly and convincingly.
  • Business Understanding: Knowledge of business principles and development strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Could ride a motorcycle
