Role Description
- Assist the HR Consultant in client projects, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.
- Support in diagnosing client needs and designing customized HR solutions.
- Provide administrative support in drafting and editing HR policies, procedures, and documentation for clients.
- Help manage employee data and HR records for clients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in designing and implementing organizational development programs for clients, focusing on leadership development, culture building, and performance management.
- Collaborate in identifying areas for improvement in client organizations, proposing actionable solutions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required by the HR Consultant team.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, from related major (Psychology, Business, Management)
- 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or consulting related field preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Demonstrated good presentation skills
- Having knowledge of Human Resources
- Having knowledge of business procedures and excellent command of writing in English
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet)
- Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
- Multi-tasking, organizational skills, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
