This role will be reporting to Business Development Director and will manage up to 5 people in Business Development function.
Role & Responsibility
- To smoothly execute sales strategies in order to achieve sales target for all channels.
- To ensure that all sales proposal drafted answers clients business challenges and clients needs.
- To ensure smooth execution of sales process (from creating sales opportunities up to sales closing).
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and stakeholders relationship.
- Optimizing & growing existing business opportunities while developing new ones.
- Manage & develop team of Business Development in pursue of achieving sales target. Qualifications
- Master Degree (business major either one of degree) from overseas university or highly reputable Indonesia university
- Minimum 10 years working experiences within sales / business development area, with minimum 4 years sales managerial role from consulting company, banking or other relevant industry / company.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong in target orientation and strong in intrapreneurship orientation.
- Excellent in leadership skill.
- Exceptional in analytical thinking.
- Excellent in selling skill and high customer service orientation.
- Having great networking in business associations.
- Willing to travel around Indonesia & overseas.
