Job Description
- Ensure promo reconciliation is done by Finance
- Ensure platform promo is created by respective partners with correct scheme & landing pages
- Recap monthly promotions that require set up from our internal marketing tools (liaise with Business Support)
- Confirmation Letter or legal documents creation & liaising with Legal
- Customer complaints handling (including long term improvement plan) (liaise with Product & CS)
- Create monthly promo proposal to PayLater partner with guidance from supervisor
- Liaise with partners to negotiate promotion schemes based on our objectives with guidance from supervisor
Qualifications
- 1.5-2.5 years experience of working in business or marketing related jobs.
- Minimum having a bachelor degree from any major from reputable university
- Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and process documentation. He/she is responsible for identifying discrepancies, errors, or inefficiencies and taking corrective action.
- Negotiation skills when dealing with monthly promotion planning and reaching agreements with partners, and stakeholders.
- Efficiently managing operations is essential for delivering products and services effectively.
- Able to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, with guidance
