Job Description

Majamojo is a joint venture created by Telkomsel (through its subsidiary PT Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital) and GoTo (through PT Aplikasi Multimedia Anak Bangsa). With an aim to become the leading gaming publisher in Indonesia, Majamojo will focus on mobile game development in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. It will look to form partnerships with third-party game developers, while leveraging Telkomsel Ekosistem Digital and GoTos strengths, including their digital capabilities, technology assets, and wide-reaching ecosystems. Through this joint venture, Majamojo is expected to strengthen Indonesias gaming industry, as well as encourage and nurture the development of more homegrown digital talent. Its efforts will also support Indonesias digital transformation and bring the benefits of the digital economy to more people throughout the country.

What you will do but not limited to:


Identify potential business opportunities and partnership prospects in the gaming industry.
Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new gaming partners.
Manage and nurture relationships with key gaming industry partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement gaming-related products and services.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the gaming industry.
Monitor and evaluate key metrics to measure the success of gaming partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or a related role in the gaming industry.
Proven track record in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships in the gaming industry.
Has working experience in gaming industry and understand the landscape, trends, and key players.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
